About the role

This is a challenging and highly rewarding role aligning to stakeholders across the group, and operating within a dynamic environment, this role is critical to the success of ManpowerGroup.

The role includes

  • Providing advice and guidance on best practise, yet commercially sound
  • HR and Employee Relations matters Including, Litigation, Disputes, Grievances
  • Influencing stakeholders whilst delivering a complementary HR agenda.
  • Manging your time and workload effectively

Working as a part of the wider HR Business Partner team the role will also include supporting stakeholders to achieve their business objectives through strategic planning, change management, succession planning and working in partnership with Talent, development of Managers and teams.

Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate.

  • Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures and employment legislation
  • The ability to influence and build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Evidence of a strategic and forward-looking mind set.
  • Previous experience in an HR role
  • CIPD qualification would be an advantage.
  • Must have a full UK Driving License
