Are you an experienced IT Auditor looking for an opportunity to join a Global Organisation as part of an internal audit team?

We are recruiting for a new team to be based just outside of London in Uxbridge , to provide audit support throughout the UK and Europe. The role offers a hybrid working model working two days a week in the office and the rest from home. There is also the fantastic opportunity for European travel throughout the year.

Our challenge to you - You will be part of a Global Audit team with accountability for executing the annual internal audit plan for ManpowerGroup international operations.

The IT Auditor participates in the planning, performance, and reporting on a rotating schedule of both assurance and advisory IT projects delivering against the department's Audit Charter, ensuring audit work conforms to regulatory and industry best practices and standards. You will be working as part of a global team, auditing risk areas and providing opportunities for improvement across different locations and business lines and operations.

How You Will Make a Difference and Gain Experience

  • Participate in IT internal audits and advisory projects to provide assurance on:
    • System implementation and change management
    • System access management
    • Network security
    • Computer operations including cyber security
  • Participate in identifying IT risk areas
    • Design and effectiveness of internal controls
    • Project milestone achievement
    • Economy, effectiveness, and efficiency of resource utilisation
  • Discuss scope areas with process owners and client management to determine level of internal control compliance and communicate deficiencies through presentations and written reports
  • Complete audit testing, inquiry, observation, and other analysis required to meet objectives of assigned audit projects
  • Diligently document, communicate, and coordinate findings with the Audit Advisory Services Team Leads and Leadership Team
  • Remain current on IT trends and technologies which may impact the Company's risk profile
  • Demonstrate time management and the ability to meet established deadlines
  • Exercise discretion in the review of records to ensure compliance with data privacy standards and confidentiality of all matters that come to the engagement team's attention
  • Other special projects as mutually agreed with the Audit Advisory Services Leadership Team

What You Will Bring

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant previous work experience in in IT audit or consulting
  • A degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent experience
  • ACA, ACCA, AIA or equivalent professional certifications, either complete or in process
  • Knowledge of COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST (CSF) SANS standards
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems: Windows 2012 server, AS/400, OS/390, UNIX and Linux
  • Knowledge of databases: SQL Server 2012, MySQL, Oracle and DB2
  • Knowledge of network systems and technology, TCPIP, network security systems, wireless network security
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel an estimated 25-35% to international and domestic locations
  • Fluency in a second language desirable but not essential
