This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite as a Junior Recruitment Business Partner for Capgemini, one of Experis's key strategic clients. This role bridges the gap between business needs, business wants and service delivery. By instilling a professional set of values, attitudes and standards you will drive up service levels, ensuring that the business and the team know what great looks like. This is a customer facing role with the Junior RBP being the first point of contact for contractors onsite at Capgemini, suppliers and the owners of the Capgemini TalentCloud.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Process Support

  • Working alongside the strategic Recruitment Business Partner (RBP), the Junior RBP will be integral in delivering an end to end recruitment solution of Subcontractors at Capgemini; this will include CV screening, interview arranging and contract negotiation
  • The Junior RBP is the first point of contact for all Recruitment requests, queries and plans and where required, the will take role briefings directly with the hiring manager, organize supplier briefings and strive to become a recruitment subject matter expert within their business areas.
  • Act as point of contact for client business units ensuring a high touch value added service is provided, including acting as a number two to the RBP
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing stakeholders (e.g. Hiring Managers, Finance, resource planning etc.) through regular face to face meetings
  • Liaise with the key functions that support the delivery process including internal delivery teams and external third party agency suppliers
  • Ensure delivery against documented recruitment KPIs and agreed client SLA's and targets.
  • Be instrumental in proactively chasing up feedback, pushing back on managers in a professional manner and conducting regular (weekly if based on site, bi-weekly if remote) face to face meetings with key hiring managers.
  • Lead Contactor surgery sessions and be a proactive point of contact for active SSC recourses onsite within business areas.
  • The Junior RBP will work hand in hand with the Experis delivery team, to deliver a first class service and striving to exceed our self-source targets.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all Payroll & Referral contractors via the Capgemini Sub-Contract service, including first day check-ins, regular catch ups and contractual queries.
  • Own the on boarding process for Capgemini Payrollers & Referrals; ensuring they understand the process for working through the Experis Sub-Contract, including compliance requirements and on boarding timescales, timesheet process and payment terms etc. before passing to contractor care to complete the on boarding process. Liaising with the Recruitment Programme Administrators to ensure WOs are raised correctly and in a timely manner
  • Support Recruitment Business Partner with supplier on boarding; including Fieldglass VMS set up and training, including process education, payment terms & processes etc.
  • Develop strong networks with all agencies and act as the main point of contact for all new contract placements, including WO creation, on boarding & compliance, managing the Tifo system and ensuring 100% compliance prior to start date

You will ideally have a background in recruitment, and knowledge and/or interest in digital and technology recruitment Proactive and professional internal and external relationship management. You will be a self-starter - able to work independently off site and contribute as part of the Experis Sub-Contract team. With exceptional oorganisational skills you will have the ability to time manage and prioritise tasks: working to strict deadlines with changing objectives. Demonstrating confidence when liaising with clients, candidates and suppliers, assertive and fair with strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
