Due to new and exciting opportunities within our Talent Solutions team, we are currently recruiting for a Lean Consultant to join our business. We are looking for a consultant with experience in delivering customised lean & process improvement projects with a clear focus on the effective and efficient delivery of customer requirements, delivered with genuine passion for working with people to make a real difference.

Purpose of the Role:

To lead lean & process improvement projects across ManpowerGroup to deliver operational efficiency, enhanced service delivery and cost improvements. The role will be working across multiple client accounts and service lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, scoping and leading suitable projects and setting priorities
  • Managing the entire program and multiple projects
  • Facilitating senior stakeholder improvement workshops
  • Creating the project team and governance structure
  • Engaging with team members at all levels
  • Managing and reporting program finances, including benefits and investment requirements
  • Deliver strategic reports, briefings and presentations to client boards, directors, operational staff and wider stakeholders as required.
  • Process mapping, value stream mapping, identifying inefficiencies in productivity
  • Support the business in establishing "best practice"
  • Deploy appropriate methodologies to problem solving and support teams to solve problems. Ensure the escalation process for problem solving is effective
  • Recommend changes that can cut waste from operating procedures

Relationship Management:

  • Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers
  • Work as part of the team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and carry out process and procedure improvements to optimise results and improve quality of delivery
  • Ensure an effective interface with other departmental staff is maintained

Key Skills:

  • Lean and Six Sigma Training (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt)
  • Knowledge of Project Management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Preferred experience working within a Recruitment function
  • Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
  • Planning and prioritising activities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
