The operational strategy lead influences people experience and engagement and contributes to improved operational performance at an individual, team and brand level. Committed to aligning Candidate/associates needs with the strategic ambitions and objectives of the brand. An agent for change, influencing key stakeholders, making decisions and recommendations on people elements of the strategy, both for our candidates/associates creating an EVP to improve the attraction and retention. They link the work they do to the context and strategic priorities of the business and measure the outcomes and impact of any people interventions, using data and feedback to demonstrate a return on investment. Working closely with MPG functions to understand and influence the resources available and then embeds them within the brand to drive operational uptake.
Key Role Accountabilities
Lead on any Candidate/Associate elements of business projects or initiatives. Ie Redeployment, Margery Club, Benefits, communication and engagement, candidate care expansion, MyPath for Brook Street, Social Media, candidate/associate journey street to seat, etc
Ensure we are RISE ready.
Develop and lead the Candidate/Associate commitment that supports operational strategy to ensure the brand is future fit, accounting for changing internal and external environment, business, and colleague needs.
Linking each initiative to the strategic priorities of the business and measure the outcomes and impact of any interventions, to demonstrate a return on investment or expectation.
Work in partnership with the HR, Talent, Marketing and Communications function to translate the business strategy into internal communications and engagement plans.
Devise feedback channels to ensure that communication between candidates/associates is fluid and there is a constant cycle

Experience required:- Min of 2 years agency, RPO or inhouse end to end recruitment experience- Proven capability sourcing niche skills across Tech, Finance or Corporate functions.- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
