The Role
So, what will you be doing?
Building and nurturing professional relationships with both new and existing candidates and clients
Carrying out Market Research on new clients and job roles
Interviewing, building and maintaining the candidate database
Identify, attract, and interview core applicants and maintain strong relationships with them, establishing their requirements, their strengths, and key skills
Proactively seek opportunities for applicants
Monitor developments and trends in the local market including competitor activity

As a Client Manager, you are responsible for proactively planning, designing and implementing appropriate workforce solution to the client and building excellent client relationships. You will deploy the strategic vision and develop the workforce solution, managing strategic relationships with all stakeholders.
