Account Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, driven individual, preferably with experience working in a high-volume environment, to come on board one of our biggest accounts within RPO to provide admin support to the recruitment team.

This role is an 8-month maternity cover but may allow you access to similar opportunities within ManpowerGroup.

This is a remote role but occasional visits to our office in Bristol may be required, though seldom.

The Role

In this role, the post-holder will be working closely with our Recruitment Business Partners, who are responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment cycle of delivery into our client's vacancies.

They will be hands-on with the creation and releasing of roles on our VMS system and will also be responsible for writing and posting internal and external adverts on the client's intranet and website.

Organisation and good time-management is a key part of this role as you'll also be expected to look after the following

  • scheduling interviews
  • liaising with the client and internal teams to manage the interview process, including booking rooms
  • booking candidates into the client's site
  • checking diaries and sending calendar invites
  • Managing the Recruitment Centre central mailbox (as and when required)
  • Answering general enquiries from the central recruitment mailbox (as and when required)
  • Reporting offers using MS Excel
  • General ad hoc recruitment activities, including but not limited to ad hoc reports, systems updates.

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Must have proven track record working within an administration and coordination role (fast-paced and busy environment, used to working with high volume work)
  • Will ideally have recruitment experience
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages with advanced Excel Skills
  • Strong organisational skills and a sense of urgency, a lot of personal drive and organisation
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • A personable, can do attitude
  • Able to consistently maintain a high activity/productivity level
  • Can use own initiative and judgement to tackle issues
  • Ability to multitask and deal with changes in priority
  • Professional manner and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Must be able to communicate with impact and confidence and have ability to influence at all levels.
  • Resilient, tough minded with a flexible attitude.
