An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator to join our global recruitment agency Manpower. The role will be based at the client site in Leeds, you will be supporting contingent workers for our client, a leading global FMCG company with brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil and Magnum.


The role of the Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator will be to achieve agreed performance targets
and contribute to consistent growth of the account by ensuring fulfilment of orders received and
effectively managing employee relations, whilst maintaining high levels of compliance.

Recruitment & Fulfilment

  • Fulfil Client's recruitment requirements within agreed timescales;
  • Ensure high levels of onboarding compliance;
  • Take proactive approach to co-ordinating staffing levels and respond with pace and agility to changing client requirements;

Worker Engagement

  • Champion worker engagement, mentoring and retention initiatives;
  • Co-ordinate and maintain accurate reporting on worker related targets and key performance indicators;
  • React to and co-ordinate positive outcomes to any worker performance issues
  • Identify and monitor reasons for and work towards minimising negative worker attrition;
  • Ensure continued welfare and safeguarding amongst workers;
  • Daily support of onsite team with HR related matters as appropriate.

Client Engagement

  • Drive Client's confidence in the Account Team by maintaining frequent and open lines of communications and updates
  • Onboarding
  • Worker queries and concerns;
  • Progress on any investigations, RTW and disciplinaries;
  • Share and discuss current legislation, job and candidate market insights with client.
  • Establish and maintain Client's trust by working towards resolving or promptly escalating any current concerns.
  • Be an ambassador for Manpower Brand and the Account Team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven excellent track record of placing candidates into roles, recruitment and fulfilment, with a good working understanding of local job and candidate market. You will be a highly disciplined administrator with excellent attention to detail and experience in compliance driven environment, with ability to consistently manage heavy workload under pressure with varied and sometimes conflicting priorities. Ability to build, manage and influence relationships with associates, client key stakeholders and external partners.

Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 07:00-15:00

Pay: The position is paying between £22,000- £25,000 per annum, dependant on experience, plus bonuses.
