We are recruiting now for a Recruitment Marketing and Comms Manager to join our vibrant, fast-paced in-house agency and make their mark on a brand-new role in our team. Managing the talent attraction, comms and media strategy for a new, significant client, you'll join us at a period of exciting growth as we deliver a first-class strategy to attract the best talent in the market. Reporting into the Head of Talent Attraction, you'll be joining a team that prides itself on a culture where success is celebrated, support is provided to maximise your potential and diversity is championed.

What the role involves:

  • Develop strategy, manage activation and report on candidate attraction campaigns for volume and experienced hires
  • Act as the employer brand guardian for all comms, digital assets and marketing collateral
  • Grow the talent community using CRM tools to reach an active and passive audience
  • Budget management including spend, reporting and delivering ROI
  • Advise and lead on campaigns that leverage the client's diversity, equality and strategy for the business areas under your remit
  • Project management of employer brand and candidate attraction campaigns

Who we're looking for:

  • An all rounded employer brand and recruitment marketing specialist
  • Proven experience of budget management and commercial awareness
  • Comfortable presenting at all levels, particularly to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM tools (Avature, SAP, Salesforce or Elevate) are advantageous
  • A creative individual who is self-motivated and strives for excellence
  • Agile and flexible as you may be called to support with other clients or campaigns
