The Role
Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for guiding the team and dedicated to the overall co-ordination of the end-to-end recruitment activity on the account. You will take overall accountability for a team of 5+ recruiters, working closely with relevant stakeholders, the account team and the Senior Delivery Manager for successful recruitment and adherence to the business strategy

Responsibilities
Manage and monitor end-to-end recruitment activity
Leading regular team meetings to monitor roles, driving the team against SLA's and providing wider business updates
Responsible for guiding the team through the day-to-day workload, ensuring you develop and mentor each individual and conduct regular high-performance conversations
Accountability for meeting team KPI targets and ensuring all KPI is registered by month close
Dealing with general team queries, providing continuous support
Managing new starters within the team and training on systems such as Success Factors and Bullhorn
Use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Daxtra
Attend regular reviews with the account team to feedback on performance
Responsible for accurate tracking of data in Bullhorn, in real time
Closely monitoring SLA's
Ensure the experience delivered to our candidates is underpinned by excellent customer service
