This role sits within one of our Strategic Accounts delivery teams, supporting global clients where scale, credibility and delivery excellence genuinely matter.

The opportunity

This is a delivery‑first 270 recruitment role, designed for experienced recruiters who want impact without sales distraction.

You'll deliver specialist technology talent across secure and regulated environments, with a strong focus on SC & DV‑cleared hiring.

You'll step into an established account framework with live demand, embedded client relationships and defined SLAs - allowing you to focus on what you do best: high‑quality delivery, candidate engagement and influencing hiring outcomes.

There is no business development or cold sales.

Your value comes from execution, judgement and delivery influence.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across a range of technology roles
  • Headhunt, engage and manage hard‑to‑find, security‑cleared professionals
  • Build and maintain high‑quality candidate pipelines
  • Deliver strong shortlists within agreed SLAs and frameworks
  • Lead offer management, negotiations, objections and onboarding
  • Act as a trusted delivery lead to clients and internal account teams
  • Use market insight and data to shape hiring decisions

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience recruiting within SC & DV / security‑cleared markets
  • Strong headhunting capability with success placing passive candidates
  • Experience delivering technology roles across: Software Development & Engineering (e.g. Java), Cloud & Infrastructure, Cyber Security, SAP and Infrastructure / Network Engineering.
  • Strong contract delivery background (MSP or consultancy‑led preferred)
  • Confident engaging hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Able to commute to Altrincham for core office days
