The Team
Who will you be working with?
As business support, you will be the main point of contact for the IR35 audit reporting of all Panel Agent Suppliers across ManpowerGroup (Tapfin, Manpower, Brook St and Experis) and your key responsibilities will be contacting, managing, tracking and recording all supplier compliance activity.
The Role
So, what will you be doing?
Your role will require you to complete audits remotely, using email, Gatekeeper and Excel. Your role may require you to have use other systems such as Bullhorn, CMS and other Vendor Management Systems as used by the business. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance of our PSL of Umbrella companies. You will communicate with suppliers via telephone/email on a regular basis. Occasional travel to supplier locations may be required.
In addition to this you will also provide regular updates by email and telephone meetings to Workforce Solutions Supplier Lead, ManpowerGroup Account Managers and Supplier Relationship Managers, and help to provide reports to senior managers with regards to supplier audit results.
In addition, as a senior member of the team you will support the Workforce Supply Chain Lead with the following tasks:
Training and mentoring new team members and supporting other team members where necessary
Assisting with client specific projects, as requested - i.e. transitions, bid work, audits etc.
Proactively identify processes that could be streamlined, offering solutions to help management review and ensure processes are efficient
Assist with any minor escalations
Support with the supplier compliance checking process

Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers & HR to define job requirements and establish recruitment strategiesComplete ownership of all requisitions, end to end processProvide complex or larger volume workforce solutions as required by our clients. These can include liaising with, and supplier management of, third-party providers regarding contingent or permanent workforce, direct sourcing, Academy, referral and internal moves, selection and candidate management, or potentially a blend of allFacilitate or oversee the selection process, negotiate offers, and secure acceptance of offers, whether conducted by Talent Solutions CORE or through a supplierNetworking within the Defence industry building relationships with the customer and external marketplaceEnsure that there is a diverse talent pipeline for future hiring needs and future skills, engaging with our central recruitment function and insights team. Working closely with client HR, senior leadership team and/or hiring communitiesMentor less experienced team members, sharing knowledge where appropriateTrack and analyse recruitment metrics (internal and/or suppliers) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide recommendations for improvementEnsure consideration for a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and make improvements if necessaryStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and share with team membersManage and maintain relationships with client key stakeholders, HR, hiring communities and the senior management team (SLT)Required on client site 1-2 days per week Skills, Knowledge & Attributes:Several years' experience working as part of a RPO or internal talent acquisition teamSolutions experience, RPO, contingent workers, upskilling solutionsKnowledge and experience of working in the Defence industryConnections and relationships with the external market, candidates and clientsAwareness and understanding of the Defence clearance requirements, talent pools and candidate attraction and engagement modelsEngagement and management of customer senior leadership teams (SLT)Excellent communicator with ability to build strong, long-lasting influential relationshipsStrong commercial awareness and ability to positively impact profitabilityHighly effective in managing and prioritising workloadGood commercial awareness and ability to maximise profitability · Ability to analyse multiple data sources to inform decision makingGood analytical skills to aid problem solvingExcellent level of written and verbal communication skills At ManpowerGroup, we value a growth mindset, honesty, transparency, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
