Supplier Relationship Manager - Driving and Logistics - Remote working

As a Supplier Relationship Manager, you will proactively work with both Suppliers and Account Teams to drive spend through preferred and strategic suppliers at a Group level to maximise rebate potential, coupled with objectives to drive more direct hire across internal brands.

Your role will include:

Working with Bid Teams, Implementation Teams and Account Teams with a specific emphasis on Driving and Logistics - operating as the 'face' of Supplier Management providing intelligence and data.

Liaising with the Engagement and Compliance Team to inform of new suppliers to be onboarded and linking back with the Account and Implementations Teams as to progress

Proactively working with both preferred and strategic suppliers to drive value via rebates through promoting their services across our Account Teams and Clients

Proactively working with our internal brands, Account Teams and Clients focusing on direct delivery within our brands

Building a supplier relationship framework to support above activities

Building a supplier performance framework to support Account Teams

Work with Intellireach where appropriate

Work closely with Account Teams and Legal to ensure that Client Specific Schedules are up to date and correct before passing to the Engagement and Compliance Team.

Supporting the Engagement and Compliance team during busy periods such as large-scale implementation and holiday time.

Person Specification

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive person to join our Supplier Management team. This is a position that requires someone who possesses the following attributes:

  • Negotiation experience
  • Ability to work remotely

Skills, knowledge, and qualities

  • Possess intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
