Internal Recruiter - Talent Acquisition - £55k+ OTE

The role…

As an Internal Recruitment Consultant within our ManpowerGroup Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for Sourcing the best Talent for one or more of our many global brands. Though this role will involve Recruiting Recruiters, you will also be responsible for managing a variety of other vacancies that arise, from Admin Support to Senior Appointments.

Engaging all sorts of interesting and talented professionals, you'll enjoy the versatility of candidate marketing and building relationships with Internal Stakeholders and candidates, alongside the rewarding journey from CV submission through to job offers and onboarding.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in Recruitment
  • Experience of specialist search, headhunting, complex Boolean or LinkedIn Recruiter searching
  • Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills
  • The ability to juggle a high volume of vacancies
  • A positive and solutions focused mindset!
