About the role:
The Transformation Communications Manager will be responsible for executing detailed communication strategies to support organisational transformation initiatives. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure effective and timely dissemination of information across various channels and working with various country teams to deploy communications. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and the ability to simplify complex information and produce newsletters and digital content.
The role will require you to work closely with the Change Management and Training teams to deliver communications activities for transformation projects. It therefore requires exceptional communication and strong writing skills, the ability to think about the bigger picture, and a strong understanding of project management skills to ensure successful implementation of communication plans that drive engagement and alignment as well as an understanding among diverse stakeholders.

An excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms such as SharePoint and Viva Engage.
Experience in managing multiple communication channels and projects simultaneously.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
Strong analytical skills to measure and report on communication effectiveness.
