Team Manager

ManpowerGroup are pleased to be hiring for a Recruitment Team Manager to join our Bristol based team!

This is a permanent, hybrid opportunity working from our Bristol office 2 - 3 days a week.

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for a team of Client Business Partners, supporting them in the delivery of our workforce solutions. You will proactively partner with client stakeholders to understand their recruitment requirements and to ensure these are managed by the team against set process steps, milestones and budgetary guidelines whilst ensuring customer and supplier satisfaction through meeting all set KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Client Business Partners to deliver our workforce solutions to the client, ensuring that through the team we achieve fulfilment of all recruitment requirements through an exceptional service to our clients.

  • Conduct regular 1-2-1 reviews, to manage and enhance individual and team performance, and hold regular career conversations to support career development

  • Ensure the team has a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, engaging with our central recruitment function and other internal teams where required

  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics (internal and/or suppliers) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Take action to monitor and manage costs related to own work and that of the team, additionally reviewing that the performance and costs of 3rd parties are within target.

  • Ensure there is a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Ensure all vendor management systems are utilised in a compliant manner to produce positive audit results

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally

  • Deal with complex situations or escalations and effectively resolve potential issues or areas of conflict

  • Share data and insights from systems and through research, to inform and recommend recruitment strategies and market approaches.

Experience required:

  • You will have proven experience of managing a team through effective coaching, people management and leadership

  • You will have experience managing senior stakeholders through a variety of communication methods

  • Ability to negotiate with and influence key decision makers

  • Ability to create and drive effective and innovative sourcing channels with a pro-active approach to identify and attract key talent

  • Ability to understand, analyse, and interpret business requirements and information i.e. demand plans, attraction channels, market insights

  • Target driven and results focused

  • Experience of managing complex situations through to resolution

  • Must be able to collaborate at a high level and be positive, decisive, driven and forward thinking.
