I’m Lou. I’ve worked as part of ManpowerGroup within our brands Brook Street and BS Social Care for 17 years now. I’ve been a Branch Manager and looked after a team of recruiters at the heart of the action and taken a supporting role in Compliance where I can ensure the company is working ethically and contractually. I love musical theatre, strong tea, my favourite pyjamas and knowing that what I do makes a difference.
