Charity of the Year: Manpower actively supports Centrepoint through fundraising events and donations, aiming to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people facing homelessness.
Movement to Work: Partnering with leading organisations like BAE Systems, BT, M&S, and Unilever, we're committed to providing vocational training and work experience opportunities for 18-24 year olds through the Movement to Work programme. Our pledge includes offering employability training placements and linking participants to job opportunities.
Apprenticeships: We champion apprenticeships, both within our own business and by supporting clients' apprenticeship programmes. Collaborating with world-leading companies, we've successfully trained and employed thousands of apprentices, providing them with valuable skills and qualifications.
Environmental sustainability: Committed to reducing our environmental footprint we've implemented measures to lower energy consumption, water usage, and waste generation in our offices, resulting in significant environmental savings.
