The Talent Acquisition Consultant provides recruitment delivery for internal vacancies within Manpower Group UK. They are responsible for providing qualified, appropriate candidates to their aligned Brands against open vacancies in a timely manner.

Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Business Function: Talent Acquisition / Talent Solutions/ Manpower Group

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Interact as required with aligned Hiring Manager's in relation to active roles.
  • Liaise directly with brand aligned TA Business Partner regarding delivery activity.
  • Provide role specific updates to TA BP and Hiring managers as required - in particular, focus on market insights and candidate feedback.
  • Operate within the 7-14-21 delivery model - attend briefing calls (adding input as required and relevant), attend updates with Hiring Managers at key milestone dates as required.
  • Evaluate, triage and screen applicants using role briefings and screening documents.
  • Proactively source candidates against briefing requirements.
  • Work with TA BP to develop career specific capabilities to develop overall TA offering.
  • Manage candidates through Avature to ensure consistent candidate experience and data output.
  • Take ownership for advertising related to assigned roles, reviewing quality of content and response. Engage TA BP as required to ensure effectiveness of advertising content and positioning.
  • Be responsive to coaching from TA BPs relating to role delivery.
  • Proactively seek in-depth understanding of wider business roles and responsibilities., spending time within operational teams as required.
  • Have a clear understanding of TA purpose and roadmap for improvements.
  • Align activity to MPG core behaviours - anti-slow, collaboration and courageous risk taking.
  • Deputise for TA BP as required.
  • Support on TA projects.
