Send an email to: [email protected] with your friend’s full name, email address and phone number with the subject: “I am referring my friend for the Recruitment Consultant Position with Manpower. I am currently working via {location} branch.
An automated email will arrive to your inbox with a link to forward to your friend. Your friend will have to upload their CV and personal details via the form.
If your friend’s CV is a good match for any of our Recruitment Consultant roles, a member of the talent team will be in touch to screen them and set up an interview.
If your friend has been successful, you’ll get the £200 voucher at the end of their first week of employment with us.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
This associate recruitment consultant referral scheme only applies to associates of Manpower UK.
The referral scheme is only applicable for friends, family members, ex-colleagues from a previous company, who are known by the employee and can be recommended. The scheme does not apply for candidates found on CV boards.
Your voucher will be sent to you after the successful referral has completed one full week of employment. For example, start date is 10th March, referral voucher will be paid on the 21st of March. All referrals need to be registered with the Internal Talent Acquisition team via the steps outlined above.
The referral scheme voucher will only be valid for friends, family members and ex-colleagues whose details have been registered via the formal process. If the referred candidates have already applied for a Manpower role within the last 6 months, then the referral is not applicable.
