Job Responsibilities:
Proactively devise annual account development plans for existing clients to o Execute Talent Management and Workforce Career Management sales to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Maintain a total pipeline from both existing clients and new business prospects, and achieve a small number of additional KPIs in place to underpin sales focus and success
Collaborate with and co-ordinate the efforts of other functions to deliver the desired client experience and targeted billings
Negotiate commercial terms for all projects, making sure that these comply with company standard
Ensure agreed SLAs and project deliverables are achieved
Establish excellent client contact relationships
Increase the web of influence and number of contacts within each client account
Maintain regular contact across the account including regular account reviews, invitations to events, thought leadership distribution and HR team meetings.

The roleSo, what will you be doing?Research, immerse in and become a true Subject Matter Expert in your vertical by developing a good understanding of the potential client base, their industry, what they do, their strategies, their work culture and environment, and how they currently recruitUsing sales, business development, marketing, and networking techniques to position Manpower as a supplier of choice within those organisations, winning new business and building your portfolio of clients to ensure a strong ongoing pipelineDeveloping multiple relationships within existing clients to ensure growth of opportunities and to ensure we're building strong and lasting relationshipsUsing social media to conduct market research, identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential employers and candidatesManaging the end-to-end recruitment process including headhunting, cv database searching, screening, interviews, short-listing candidates and managing offers About youWhat are we looking for?Previous recruitment experience is not essential, although sales experience is beneficial.You will ideally have experience growing and developing a desk within Manufacturing, Engineering, or Construction, but this is not a requirement.Recruitment is all about people, so the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships is something you'll be passionate about.Every day is different, and you'll be responsible for your own desk, so you'll need a high level of drive and resilience, as well as the ability to adapt.A full driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.
