A driven and experienced Sales, Business Development person or recruiter who is very comfortable making hundreds of telephone calls every week

The role responsibilities:
Responsible for the lead generation and growing business opportunities across all Manpower brands. Working in collaboration with the wider sales teams across the business, you will execute a sales strategy that drives increased activity and therefore leads to greater touch points with new clients
Target clients through lead generation - proactive and reactive
Increase the number of overall new customers - diversify the portfolio
Achieve minimum expected sales activates weekly and monthly
Develop and implement new client pursuit plans (client first) designed to deliver immediate returns
Champion sales using all ManpowerGroup assets from digital and thought leadership and co-ordinate the
activity
Ensure all sales activity and pipeline is tracked, qualified, and signed off in accordance with internal procedures
Track and record all sales activities in Microsoft Dynamics
Work closely and collaboratively with all parts of the sales and solutions function and wider organisation to drive opportunities and activity
Manage all internal stakeholders throughout Talent Solutions
Ensuring that the appropriate commercial (financial and legal) processes are in place and adhered to for all opportunities
Accountable for the commercial analysis and financial modelling for RPO Project opportunities
