Job Purpose To understand the full requirements and to scope out the end to end of business transition across ManPower Group. You will be expected to understand the wider context of a solution delivery relevant to the client's existing environment and project manage the people migration.
Key aspects of the role
Develop, tailor and manage a detailed project plan for the people transition to ensure the achievement of the transition objective and targets.
act as a key interface between the Client, Sales, Operations, Solution Delivery and other business functions
Achieve a smooth staff transition whether under a TUPE transfer or a migration between other suppliers.
Working with the Bid and Sales team to identify TUPE situations that may arise
Training and coaching internally on TUPE and the implications
Attendance at meetings for scoping and workshops, advising on best practice, process activities and identifying risk areas
Presentations to client and workforce on transition process and legalities
Continued liaison with Managers and employee representative bodies for communications, surgeries and 1:1's as required.
Negotiate with both internal and external bodies and procurement ensuring Manpower pricing, business and commercial objectives are met.
Securely handle all people data, providing data in accordance with legislative timescale requirements and in accordance with GDPR regulations
Key Skills
Knowledge and understanding of TUPE Regulations and the requirements when transferring employees both in and out of the company.
Client focussed with a dynamic and logical approach to fulfilling requirements.
Ability to take ownership and manage multiple client projects of varying complexity.
Reporting is a critical part of the role and as such, candidates should be able to demonstrate the status, risks and time scales of all current projects.
