Welcome to an exciting opportunity at ManpowerGroup! We are actively seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our team as a Client Business Partner.

This is a Hybrid opportunity based in and around Bristol.

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for managing Perm recruitment projects across all business areas to maximise the number of placements made and build strong relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and optimising permanent recruitment projects across diverse business sectors. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, achieving monthly targets, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. If you are a proactive, customer-focused individual with a knack for problem-solving and a keen interest in IT, niche Engineering, and the defense sector, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end a portfolio of vacancies, optimising the sourcing channels to achieve successful outcomes
  • Achieve monthly GP targets
  • Create/ maintain stakeholder engagement with relevant hiring managers
  • Resolving client issues to ensure we maintain strong relationships
  • Create and update Account Management plans
  • Effectively handles concerns/objections.
  • Share market insight to support your sourcing strategy

Skills, Knowledge & Attributes:

  • Solid Perm recruitment life cycle experience
  • Strong IT/ niche Engineering knowledge
  • Good understanding of defence sector
  • Ability to network within large client sites and build structures.
  • Reliable - A "DOER" - gets on with the role and demonstrates great initiative and a proactive nature
  • A strong problem solver - will analyse situations, offer options/ solutions and work out the best outcome for both the client and candidate
  • Customer focussed - client, candidates and colleagues
  • Credible - someone who has knowledge/ can gain knowledge and consult with and advise the client - can provide market intel/ MI/ BI/ tangible evidence
