Location: Hybrid Working - Based onsite once a week at Leatherhead, Surrey
Job Purpose: To achieve agreed GP targets through developing business within the Unilever Account, and introducing different aspects of the Manpower Groups services to the Client. Effectively managing all HR management activities with associates.
Key Performance Measures:
Achievement of agreed GP targets and growth of account
Complete all new starter registration and onboarding to the agreed standards to deliver a high candidate experience
All associates assigned to Unilever must meet the recruitment and compliance standards
All associate payroll queries to be resolved within 48 hours of notification (Working days)
Associates holiday pay to be accurately processed and managed
Complete all HR management activities including return to work interviews, disciplinary and grievances
Strength of on-site client relationships with line manager and the Unilever HR community
Personal Development Portfolio to be maintain as a working document, reviewed monthly
Responsibilities:
Identifying new opportunities within the Unilever Account for Manpower or other members of the Group
Ensuring that the Client is updated on changes in the business or the wider environment, which will effect the management of their account
Establishing a goal for achieving growth within the client and monitoring trends and activity levels
Ensuring the accurate maintenance of associate information
Ensuring that associates payroll is run efficiently, ensuring the minimum number of errors
Ensuring that associates issues are managed effectively
Ensuring that all associates are referenced to the required standard for the Unilever contract
Ensuring that all files are kept up to date and stored securely
Issuing and explaining the Employee Handbook and Terms and Conditions to associates highlighting their employment status and benefits
Actively gaining feedback from Clients and Associates on the service they are receiving from Manpower in line with the Company's quality standards and taking corrective action as necessary
Experience:
Ideally you will come from a recruitment background. Or have experience in recruitment and looking to enter into the HR sector.

Principal Consultant Main HQ - Canary Wharf, London.Hybrid working. Full time.Full training offered + Bonus. JOB PURPOSEThe position is a member of the UK Talent Management solutions team. Right Management, both worldwide and in the United Kingdom, is pursuing an expansion plan in Talent Management services (leader coaching, leader assessment, leadership development). Our ambition is to expand the current Talent Management sector in Right Management UK. We want to capitalise on global digitalization investments on all our TM solutions (digital coaching, LXP, assessment platform) as well as regional or national growth ingredients (e.g., Leading with Impact framework, Data consolidation and visualisation, success profiles, team development, Talent acceleration development programmes). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:You will contribute to other essential aspects of the bid proposal, such as pricing, project organisation, project team etc.Participation in client dialogues to understand client needs, to internal meetings to design the proposed solution, and to client pitches to showcase components of the Right Management solution.For smaller Solutions opportunities, you may not be required to collaborate with the business development team. For such opportunities, the Principal Consultant may enlist the assistance of a senior consultant or consultant from the team to resource the business development cycle.In addition, you will be expected to contribute to the growth of our TM business by capitalising on your personal / professional network, reaching out, nurturing your network and introducing our TM solutions. This will be translated into a specific revenue target.In terms of delivery, you will be in charge of the following phases: discovery, design, delivery, and debrief. This will be especially true for more complex and strategic projects. You will be responsible for delegating to additional team members as needed (senior consultants or operations team).This job is expected to work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, functioning as a SME across a variety of solutions, as well as the Operations teams.As a thought leader, you will collaborate with colleagues from other regions to exchange intellectual property and best practices to achieve our aim of being a worldwide provider of TalentManagement solutions.As a senior leader and SME, the Principal Consultant will also be involved in wider meetings and initiatives, as well as playing a key role within the European Circle of Practice or global networks connecting to peers on expertise areas.The role includes the management of senior consultants and consultants on client projects and may include line management.
