Contracts Administrator- 6 month rolling contract

£20k Pro-rata

Brook Street Recruitment are urgently seeking a confident and professional Contracts Administrator to join their busy team based in Brighton. Please note that this role will be working remotely initially.

Duties involved:

  • Compliance checking all right to work documents, chasing outstanding, keeping on top of what need to be received
  • Sending out all contract of employment for a high volume of contract workers
  • Maintain accurate record on their Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Supporting the induction of new starters
  • Supporting with all the onboarding documents - ensuring everything completed by day 1
  • Dealing with any new starter issues, managing all IT Equipment send out, first point of contact for all new starters

Skills required:

  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work independently- this role will be based remotely initially
  • Good IT skills
  • Good Communication skills both written and verbal
