Job Purpose
Act as the first point of contact for Experis' placed candidates. To effectively manage the relationship and ensure that all candidates are 100% satisfied with the service provided. This involves ensuring the administration of all contract paperwork is finalised correctly and punctually.
Candidate Care is there to provide a 'best in class service' to candidates and clients, ensuring that their experience is productive, efficient and promotes Experis as the partner of choice.
Responsibilities
Administration of paperwork - new contracts, extension, amendments, terminations and finishers
Ensuring all compliance documentation is in place and adheres with Experis and the Clients policies
Primary point of contact for the candidate from the first day of their assignment
Communicating process the candidate must follow whilst on assignment (especially payment process)
Communicate and promote the benefits of Experis to candidates
Purchase order management
Extension Management
Basic negotiation with candidates
An understanding of legal and contractual issues
Understanding client specifications , e.g. special clauses, margins, expense procedures, overtime agreements compliance requirements and payment cycles
Act as a liaison between candidates and other internal departments
To own and manage candidate queries through to resolution
Develop and maintain knowledge of individual business units

Key responsibilitiesManage requisitions autonomously with full client contact, ensuring all candidates are processed through in line with contractual SLA/KPI's.Ensure the candidate applicant tracking system is updated in real-time and used effectively.Conduct Recruitment Briefing Calls with Hiring Managers to obtain accurate details of the role and requirements, engage Hiring Manager's in the recruitment process and build strong relationships.Manage applications and source external candidates through job boards.Ensure successful qualification of candidates to identify their suitability for the position and the business areas culture.Schedule interviews & provide interview support to candidates and manage the offer process.Take part in weekly update calls to ensure alignment of vacancy activity and future requirements.Work with the Team Leader to foresee & identify challenges early in the recruitment process.Work with the Team Leader to think about improvements to the process that would improve overall output.Ensure that best practice is adhered to at all times, updating the Applicant Tracking System in real-time, ensuring that reporting can be done accurately & effectively.Manage a work book of roles that clearly shows the status of each position, allowing both yourself & your Team Leader to plan & prioritise effectively.Effectively guide both the client stakeholders & candidates on what the process works, set expectations & ensure that best practice is adhered to at all times.Effectively manage time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Timely communication with candidates and hiring managers contributes to an efficient recruitment process.Ensure that all verbal & written communications are clear - Follow up calls with emails, including intake call documents, screening documents & actions from update calls, so that all are clear on next steps. Experience, Knowledge & AttributesDemonstrable and proven track record as an Advisor or Recruiter within an RPO environment, hitting set & stretch targets, with a good knowledge of the RPO recruitment process.Experience of working on a large and complex account within a permanent recruitment environment, ideally having worked on a mixture of different positions, ideally high volume & blue collar.Confident working with candidates throughout the recruitment process, managing expectations & ensuring that they have a positive hiring experience.Desire to work with stakeholders, supporting them to navigate the recruitment process, managing challenging client/candidate situations.Demonstrable ability to build knowledge in a new sector, becoming an expert in your field - Understanding the client EVP & being able to represent the client as if you work for them directly.Ability to write comprehensive, detailed but succinct written communications, building effective relationships through correspondence.Good reasoning skills and ability to screen and review shortlists and make sound judgements on suitability.Ability to project professionalism and personality on the phone and face to face.
