As a Delivery Consultant for Brook Street, your day-to-day will be quite busy, so being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment is a must. You'll handle admin tasks, complaints, and enquiries, whilst dealing with our lovely clients, ensuring we are providing seamless service to them. You'll work closely with other departments such as compliance and also undertake onboarding of candidates.
