Responsibilities
Collaborate across the organization to identify opportunities for scaled impact; build programs and initiatives that prioritize focus, align with strategic priorities, and operationalize solutions that are most impactful to MPG stakeholders.
Define, develop, and deliver programs and metrics that drive our ESG activity and accelerate Our Purpose to transform lives through meaningful and sustainable employment.
Work with local ESG teams on implementation and data collection to continue to improve and accelerate towards ESG milestones and steer work-streams
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader staying abreast of ESG trends, opportunities and relevant ranking and ratings
Oversee and at times create content for internal and external reporting: e.g., annual reports, mandatory disclosures, and other materials
Identify and manage best in class external relationships that will amplify ESG impact
Inspire others - including leading a small team of direct reports, work with senior leaders across the business and regions to influence beyond the team
Key Skills
Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years of experience in sustainability/ESG
Strong understanding of the global ESG landscape, especially issues affecting professional services, SASB-certified or similar, and Investor Relations experience
Experience working in multi-functional teams and multi-regions
Strong, inspiring people management and experience working with senior leaders
Experience with ESG reporting software, OneTrust or other.

What will you be doing?Develop and Implement Innovative Recruitment Strategies:· Utilize data analytics and industry insights to identify emerging recruitment trends and opportunities.· Implement creative sourcing techniques such as social media recruitment, networking events, and referral programs to attract passive candidates.· Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment strategies based on performance metrics and feedback from stakeholders.Proactively Build and Maintain Talent Pools and Communities:· Identify key talent segments within the industry and create targeted talent pools based on specific skill sets, experience levels, and career aspirations.· Engage with potential candidates through networking events, online forums, and industry associations to foster long-term relationships and trust.· Regularly communicate with talent pools to provide updates on job opportunities, industry insights, and career development resources.Act as a Strategic Business Partner to Hiring Managers:· Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, team dynamics, and talent requirements.· Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment best practices, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions and talent strategies.· Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights and recommendations to optimize recruitment outcomes and drive business success.Maintain Regular Communication with Clients:· Establish clear communication channels with clients to provide regular updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and sourcing strategies.· Schedule regular check-in meetings with clients to review recruitment progress, address any concerns or challenges, and align on recruitment priorities.· Collaborate with clients to gather feedback on recruitment processes, candidate experiences, and market insights, and use this feedback to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.Track and Analyse Recruitment Metrics and KPIs:· Regularly review recruitment metrics and KPIs with stakeholders to assess performance against targets, identify trends, and prioritize areas for improvement.· Conduct root cause analysis to understand factors influencing recruitment outcomes, such as candidate sourcing channels, interview processes, and offer acceptance rates. Experience required:- Min of 2 years agency, RPO or inhouse end to end recruitment experience- Proven capability sourcing niche skills across Tech, Finance or Corporate functions.- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
