Junior Programme Professional - Recruitment - £21000 - £23500

TAPFIN are the market leaders in MSP - the specialist outsourcing division of ManpowerGroup.

You will be working on our HSBC programme.

Key Responsibilities

First Line Support:
All queries received before 1630 to be acknowledged and advised who will be looking into the query
All queries to be resolved within 24 hours with satisfactory resolution
Any queries unable to be resolved locally, manage escalations to support timely resolution
Highlight any queries that need to be escalated


Recruitment Admin:
Sourcing candidates - Applied CVs and obtaining online CVs.
Managing end to end recruitment process, including offers.
Onboarding - Compliance, Checking Right to Work, obtaining references from referees.
Candidate management - Available to resolve candidate questions and issues - Timesheets.
Building and developing client relationships.


Data Management:
Responsible for ensuring all data is correct in the system.
Update all changes in a timely manner - to include but not limited to Cost Centre, Assignment Manager, Salary, contract extension, contract end changes, informing relevant personnel.


Clinet Management:
Responsible for developing strong client relationships with all levels of management creating high level relationships with recruiting line managers / internal experienced professional recruiter.
Manage the end to end recruitment process from authorisation, on-boarding.
Responsible for all candidate management, candidate experience and for promoting the client as an employer of choice.
Building and developing client relationships to ensure productive and long-term relationships and exceptional standards of service delivery.
Ensure compliance internally and externally at all stages of the recruitment process.
Managing end to end process and onboarding for pre-identified candidates.


Organisational skills:
Experience in the recruitment process is essential.
Experience of working with technology.
Exceptionally strong relationship and influencing skills.
Plans ahead & organises both self and others effectively.
Ability to multi-task.
Highly results focused.
Highly organised with good time management skills.
