Experienced IT Recruitment Consultant
£27000-£40,000 DOE plus uncapped commission
People Source are currently hiring for a highly motivated and experienced 360 Recruiter to join the team in Bristol. As a 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding successful candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle IT recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successfully filling positions across the IT sector.

- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a wide range of positions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate's qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview coordination, candidate feedback, and offer negotiations.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure the suitability and credibility of potential hires.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to promote the organisation and attract top talent.
- Proven track record and billings in IT Recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in cold calling and winning new clients and subsequently developing long-term commercial relationships
- Proven experience of working in an autonomous and responsible manner
- Passion and knowledge of the recruitment market
- Expert level understanding of the recruitment lifecycle including securing exclusivity with key clients.
