Who will you be working with?
The role of the Graphic Designer within the Digital Team is to ensure that all assets conform to Brand Guidelines supplied by our Global Brand Team and to develop these for a variety of different audiences (client and candidate). Working with multiple teams from around the business, but in particular Marketing and Sales you'll develop brochures and sales materials as well creative assets for campaigns (on and off line), websites and micro sites.
You'll have a good portfolio of creative work to demonstrate your abilities and have strong experience with Adobe products as listed below.
Working to a brief that has been agreed with the internal clients, you'll develop appropriate creative ideas and concepts to meet these objectives.
The Role
So, what will you be doing?
Meet with account managers and marketing to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
Estimating the time required to complete a job and providing any appropriate quotes.
Develop design briefs that suit the purpose.
Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive designs (Using Adobe XD).
Use innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints.
Present finalised ideas and concepts to internal clients.
Work with a range of media and keep up-to-date with emerging technologies
Proof read to produce accurate and high-quality work
Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print.
Work as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
