Head of Interim Delivery

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Centre of Recruitment Excellence (CoRE) for a Head of Interim Delivery.

As Head of Delivery for Experis, Jefferson Wells and Talent Solutions, your role will be to lead the CoRE Interim Delivery Teams, focused on driving accountability, shaping the strategy for Candidate attraction, supporting department-wide growth, and developing our people to enable them to deliver outstanding service excellence for our Clients and Candidates.

The Head of Interim Delivery plays a mentorship role across the recruitment teams and is responsible for driving overall targets and improvement across the accounts they service. They will work closely with the other Heads of Department to lead continuous improvement, and drive the company's vision of dominating the market, outperforming competitors, and delivering strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the recruitment delivery operations, including the day-to-day management of the Delivery Managers
  • Mentoring and Coaching Delivery Managers to ensure a succession plan for the Head of Interim Delivery Role is maintained, and Managers have a development plan with goals aligned to the LSM behaviours and success measures
  • Responsible for overall targets and performance management of the Interim teams, ensuring consistently high fill rates and team performance against KPI
  • Responsible for the onboarding of new programmes/clients, working closely with the Operational Excellence Team to ensure the success of new clients from go-live and beyond
  • Responsible for overall capacity management, talent planning development and resourcing of teams, working closely with the Head of Perm Delivery and the Internal Talent Teams
  • Oversee and deliver business transformational requirements relating to the Interim Delivery Teams, playing a lead role in ensuring adoption and success
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the business, acting as an ambassador across the business for CoRE in attracting potential hires from the internal and external market.
  • Utilise data to analyse and measure the performance of current recruiting practices and identify solutions and areas of improvement.
  • Act as an escalation point to Senior Account Leadership, and work on performance improvement plans with the Delivery Managers where applicable
  • Responsible for the driving incentive schemes, and reviewing these on a regular basis to ensure teams are motivated and incentivised competitively
  • Responsible for the overall sign-off of Bonuses, Overtime, Commission and Rewards across the Interim Delivery Teams
