Job Purpose:

  • To ensure that operations staff are fully supported through timely, effective and accurate employee administration as well as providing advice to the business on relevant HR admin processes

Dimensions:

  • This role ensures the necessary employee administration is undertaken to support the employee throughout their employment at Manpower. This covers the whole employee lifecycle i.e. administration and process knowledge of starters, leavers, employment changes, maternity, paternity, sickness, secondments etc. All processing is carried out each month to a strict monthly deadline
  • This role works closely with the HR team and ManpowerGroup business to support its key activities from an administrative perspective
  • Each HR Administrator will be responsible for managing their own business area. This will involve providing advice on and actioning all administrative duties from an HR Admin perspective. This will also involve liaising heavily with the relevant managers and Directors to gain the relevant sign offs and information

Other

  • Working closely with HRBP colleagues to ensure employee administration meets operational requirements, is of high quality and timely.
  • Ensuring that prospective and new employees receive prompt and accurate employee documentation, as well as consistently delivering a high quality service to existing employees

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Ensuring that HR activity admin deadlines are met in line with operational requirements (monthly deadlines)
  • Maintaining a current and complete knowledge of HR administrative procedures in line with Company guidelines
  • Maintaining administration data and HR system and ensuring its professional presentation at all times
  • Identifying common issues regarding employee administration and seeking ways to refine, simplify and reduce costs through effective administration activity
  • Ensuring that all employee data is accurate and its administration complies with the Data Protection Act
  • To undertake other related activities as required. There are always extra opportunities to get involved in other HR projects and areas and there are plenty of opportunities for career development and progression
