Human Resources Business Partner - CIPD Level 3, 5, 7
Location: Remote with occasional travel within the UK - driving required
Compensation: Competitive base salary dependent on experience plus yearly bonus & car allowance

Job Purpose: To work closely with senior and line managers to provide HR solutions and people strategies which align to the operational and organisational goals and objectives
Key accountabilities
Works with and maintains regular contact with Business Partners to enable full business potential to be realised and influences Business Partners' thinking in relation to managing their people.
Understands and applies current case law and legislation to give relevant business-linked HR advice.
Applies HR and business knowledge, evidencing appropriate decision making.
Build and maintains relationships strategically, both within the HR function and across the wider business.
Supports the implementation of the high-performance process and provides coaching to managers where needed.
Works with colleagues to monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
Keeps abreast of best practices and external trends in HR and up to date on changes to employment law which affects the company and its employees.
Keeps up to date with recruitment industry and operational knowledge, by participating in business projects with stakeholders
Promotes a positive environment through an approachable and motivational style, which actively encourages open dialogue
Manages complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence issues, redundancy
and Early Conciliation /Employment Tribunals.
Supports change management process and project manages restructures, TUPE's etc. alongside Business Partners
Continuously drives improvements by advising managers on HR processes, policies, current HR thinking and shares
best practice with them.
Key Responsibilities
Supports the HR Manager with identifying and maximising opportunities to add value to the business
Supports the development of people plans; implement plans and meet deadlines.
Advises as required with regards to employee relations issues, facilitation, coaching, grievances, disciplinaries, appeals and EC/ETs.
Implements HR initiatives, policies and processes in line with UK requirements.
Research, apply and promote diversity, equity, inclusivity and belonging initiatives and share best practice.
Translates differing priorities into actions with clear results
Determines and processes the best available evidence to support stakeholders on effective decision-making and delivering against strategic outcomes.
Utilises people data to add value with strategic thinking
Balances good HR practice with adding commercial value
Experience/Skills
Essential
Exceptional organisational and communication skills is required together with good knowledge of employment legislation and its application.
HR Business Partners should be proactive team players with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality and to act with discretion - diplomacy is crucial.
Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
Able to manage multiple issues and prioritise whilst delivering results
Desirable
Experience of business transformation activities such as redundancies, TUPE, large scale end of assignment
Experience within an HR role
CIPD qualified or working towards this
