People Source, part of Experis are currently hiring for a highly motivated and experienced 360 Recruiter to join the team in Bristol. As a 360 IT Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding successful candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle IT recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successfully filling positions across the IT sector.

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a wide range of positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate's qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview coordination, candidate feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure the suitability and credibility of potential hires.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to promote the organisation and attract top talent.

About you:

  • Proven track record and billings in IT Recruitment 1 year minimum in a 360 role including BD/sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in cold calling and winning new clients and subsequently developing long-term commercial relationships
  • Proven experience of working in an autonomous and responsible manner
  • Passion and knowledge of the recruitment market
  • Expert level understanding of the recruitment lifecycle including securing exclusivity with key clients.
