Servicing all business unit requirements primarily relating to general commercial and contractual matters.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and transactions and assisting the business in commercial negotiations.
Supporting business activities including tenders and contracts for the provision of services to various clients.
Advising and supporting the business on ad hoc queries relating to the recruitment sector.
Assisting the legal department in keeping abreast of developments and relevant legislation on commercial issues affecting the full spectrum of the business and keeping the business informed of such developments.
Building and maintaining a good working relationship with the business, understanding the business requirements, and engaging on how the Legal Department can best help them with their business areas.
Managing litigation matters including responding to basic county court claims.
