The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in our dynamic Marketing Team supporting sales enablement initiatives, successful delivery of brand campaigns across the four brands within ManpowerGroup, whilst also balancing administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the team. As a Marketing Executive you'll be fluent in social media, a digital native willing to upskill in our client and public engagement tools and integrate seamlessly into the team supporting multiple functions and learning as you go. The role involves working closely with the B2B brand managers, the Brand, Comms & Content team and internal stakeholders. You'll be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The Marketing Executive will be joining at a critical time for the team which has been reshaped to deliver the best possible outcomes in marketing, brand building, and client and candidate generation for each of ManpowerGroup's brands.
Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement
Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to support the sales team in achieving their goals and targets
Support in the creation of marketing materials, including sales collateral, brochures, emails, playbooks and presentations
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales enablement initiatives with overall business objectives
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in sales enablement, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the sales organisation and the supporting materials/activities produced by marketing
Support the planning, coordination and delivery of B2B marketing events, client webinars, roundtables and industry conferences, ensuring alignment with strategic brand and lead generation objectives
Social Media
Plan and execute our brand social media content
Support with the creation of multimedia content including video, infographics, GIFs, etc.
Monitor, measure and optimise our social media activity.
Internal / External Communications
Collate and proof internal communication emails, tracking readership and open rates and making suggestions for improvement (ad-hoc)
Manage the end-to-end execution of the monthly ManpowerGroup internal newsletter
Support in sharing ManpowerGroup thought leadership internally, via multiple channels
Support in ManpowerGroup press coverage tracking through online tools and 'keeping a finger on the pulse' of key press targets.
Skills, knowledge & expertise required for the role:
Experience
2/3 years' experience in a marketing agency or in-house function
Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to develop content, campaigns and tools that support lead generation and conversion
Previous work managing social media channels
Understanding social listening & engagement tools.
