Role Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand Manpower Engineering customer base and solidify its presence
Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in Manpower Operations
Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations during the Sales pursuit
Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to convert new clients
Providing monthly reports of sales pipeline and successes
Bi-Weekly Sales Pipeline calls
Sharing of Sales leads and providing visibility all new volume opportunities to Operational Stakeholders
Support client meetings with local Operational Teams throughout the sales cycle, providing local coaching and enhancing shared relationships - Preparing client proposals and presentations
Supporting on Legal agreements and terms
Handover of volume clients with National Account Manager (where linked)
Support the management of tenders with branches and bids team for all volume clients

Project Manager (Recruitment Industry)This role is hybrid, with a requirement to attend key meetings at locations in London, Uxbridge, and Bristol.About the role:This role will be accountable for the co-ordination and delivery of key strategic Talent Solutions projects.These will include projects that drive increased productivity leveraging technology, as well as product and service development.This role will involve supporting the origination of project charters, setting deadlines, monitoring progress, and status reporting to key stakeholders, in addition to orchestrating collaboration between the operation delivery teams and the shared service support functions.Ensure delivery of key strategic transformation projectsAssist in the definition of business project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Breaking down the delivery of complex projects into work packages, and iterative delivery where appropriate.Ensure the successful delivery of each stage of projectsDeliver high quality, timely and on-budget deliverables that fully meet the scope of the project.Work with stakeholders to ensure the validation and approval of any effort estimates and/or costs provided by vendors and partners.Complete risk assessments of new vendors and product offerings where appropriate.Manage the deliverables from third party vendors, through development of clear specifications, SOWs, exit criteria and quality metrics.Develop detailed RACI matrices for each project to ensure clarity over the division of work.Develop a detailed, transparent, and accurate project plan to monitor and track progress, and ensure that it is continually up to date.Ensure all Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies are maintained on a RAID log for each project.Manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.Liaise with other project managers and programme management to ensure consistency in approach and status updates.Comply with all relevant technology and IT security standards, methodologies, playbooks etc to ensure that technical deliverables meet company requirements.Liaise with Global functions, to ensure that projects and technical outputs are in line with ManpowerGroup standards.Act as a central control point for project management activities including working with third-party suppliers, internal project resources, business functions and the IT technical teams.Assist the business to produce workarounds where the requirements cannot be met fully.Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.Ensure continuous improvement 'Method X' is at the heart of our projects, particularly through sprint/iteration retrospectives, post-implementation reviews and lessons learned methodologies.Assist colleagues in implementing project management frameworks for them to operate for minor deliverables.Champion quality project management across wider business.Provide subject matter expertise on all topics relevant to the role as required.Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, especially when it comes to working methodologies and processes.
