The Brook Street Social Care Operations Director is a key leadership role, sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, accountable for delivering this value across their business area by leading and executing the brand plan, and by inspiring and enabling their teams to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for strategic growth leading the branch network to own our chosen skills in local markets and open new clients and scaling locations
Operational accountability for the Social Care branch network through representation on the Skill Specialist senior leadership team
Accountable for the execution of the brand plan on B2C2B strategy
Ownership of branch network P&L working proactively with Heads of Region to deliver budget and the operational metrics outlined in the brand plan
Through influence and collaboration, develop capability in the branch network, including sales, candidate experience and technology adoption and value realisation
Accelerate ManpowerGroup position as a market leader in our defined specialisms through networking, thought leadership and Social Value programmes
Inspire and motivate a high performing branch network, through clear communication, coaching and transformation
Responsible for the talent development of the operation to improve succession planning and performance
