The Role
As Programme Manager you will oversee the day to day recruiting processes for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions most prestigious clients- A leading Oil and Gas Services Company.
You will work with a Talent Solutions Director and the Client to create and implement innovative processes
You will work directly with Recruiting Leadership and Hiring Authorities within the Client company to ensure a successful partnership
The role will require process improvement/account design skills (someone who can come in and either help launch an account with understanding of the process and what works well OR someone who can come into a troubled account and re-design/drive process improvement, etc.)
Project Management is a key requirement of this role due to the nature of the project and campaign based work within the RPO practice
Requirement to ensure each programme has a robust attraction strategy that is activated and monitored to drive a sufficient, quality pipeline
Reporting and ability to analyse data for continuous improvement
P&L responsibility
