Key Responsibilities
Client & Applicant management
Working with clients to discuss recruitment requirements
Sustain existing client relationships and maximise new business to increase revenue.
Proactively source suitable applicants to meet requirements via all job advertisements.
Conducting telephone screening with applicants and arranging interviews
Coordinating responses to ad-hoc contract issues
Manage account finance by providing figures as required and correct invoicing.

Your roleBusiness development:Build your client base by following cold and warm leads.Conduct client meetings and business development calls.Maximising existing business:Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients through regular and structured contact to establish on-going business needs and maximise business potential.Speculatively represent applicants in line with business guidelines.Applicant management:Identify core applicants using appropriate attraction techniques.Develop and maintain an effective business relationship with all core-applicants and temporary workers including but not restricted too registering and interviewing the applicant to establishing their requirements, strength and key skills through appropriate computer assessments including Advantage.Manage Performance: Responsible for team of permanent consultants, maintaining a positive team on day-to-day basis.Managing the performance of the perm business.Ensuring Perm consultants are on track with their agreed budget and reporting figures.Compliance:Ensure the timely completion of relevant paperwork in line with company, client and legislative requirements including referencing of applicantsMaintain an effecting filing system ensuring client and applicant details are accurate and well documentedComplying with the company's Business Ethics and standards of excellenceTargets and expertise: Ensuring both personal and team targets are being adhered to.
