Working in the Bristol centre of excellence, the Account Coordinator will work closely with the CoRE RPO team to ensure the smooth running of the account.
Responsibilities:
General
Liaising with managers regarding new vacancies and requirements
Engaging with the CoRE recruitment team about those vacancies
Preparing CVs for presentation to the client and ensuring quality levels are sufficient for client inspection.
Booking interviews with client/candidates as required
Processing offers from hiring managers and relaying relevant information to the CoRE recruitment teams and candidates
Engaging with the hiring managers to confirm offer acceptance or negotiate as required
Liaising with the Talent Solutions Ops Manager and CoRE recruitment team to ensure delivery to the client
Responding to hiring managers and HR with queries regarding candidates
Supporting the Ops Manager in reporting requirements
Any other duties commensurate with the post as directed by the appropriate team leader or Manager.
On boarding and compliance
Maintain offer tracker (format TBC) and use this to help with Purchase Orders, invoices, etc.
Record Keeping and Administration
Keeping the excel database/or Workday updated with all new roles released, CV's submitted, interviews arranged and offers made
Use the in-house CMS/ATS systems to coordinate vacancies and ensure this is updated in real time
Maintain and update Client KPI & SLA spreadsheets.
Gathering information for monthly, quarterly and annual reviews
Compiling ad hoc reports for Talent Solutions and Wipro stakeholders around SLA performance as requested

It requires adaptability, effective communication, and a strategic approach to delivering tailored recruitment solutions.This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the RPO from its infancy, working in a team that will have the chance to establish and shape the RPO program which is a unique opportunity to have a long-term impact on a new RPO in the business.The RPO Recruiter will be working in partnership with a leading UK provider of Ground Maintenance & Landscaping Services, taking responsibility for the delivery of a selection of the blue-collar requisitions across multiple locations in the UK. Key responsibilitiesManage requisitions autonomously with full client contact, ensuring all candidates are processed through in line with contractual SLA/KPI's.Ensure the candidate applicant tracking system is updated in real-time and used effectively.Conduct Recruitment Briefing Calls with Hiring Managers to obtain accurate details of the role and requirements, engage Hiring Manager's in the recruitment process and build strong relationships.Manage applications and source external candidates through job boards.Ensure successful qualification of candidates to identify their suitability for the position and the business areas culture.Schedule interviews & provide interview support to candidates and manage the offer process.Take part in weekly update calls to ensure alignment of vacancy activity and future requirements.Work with the Team Leader to foresee & identify challenges early in the recruitment process.Work with the Team Leader to think about improvements to the process that would improve overall output.Ensure that best practice is adhered to at all times, updating the Applicant Tracking System in real-time, ensuring that reporting can be done accurately & effectively.Manage a work book of roles that clearly shows the status of each position, allowing both yourself & your Team Leader to plan & prioritise effectively.Effectively guide both the client stakeholders & candidates on what the process works, set expectations & ensure that best practice is adhered to at all times.Effectively manage time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Timely communication with candidates and hiring managers contributes to an efficient recruitment process.Ensure that all verbal & written communications are clear - Follow up calls with emails, including intake call documents, screening documents & actions from update calls, so that all are clear on next steps. Experience, Knowledge & AttributesDemonstrable and proven track record as an Advisor or Recruiter within an RPO environment, hitting set & stretch targets, with a good knowledge of the RPO recruitment process.Experience of working on a large and complex account within a permanent recruitment environment, ideally having worked on a mixture of different positions, ideally high volume & blue collar.Confident working with candidates throughout the recruitment process, managing expectations & ensuring that they have a positive hiring experience.Desire to work with stakeholders, supporting them to navigate the recruitment process, managing challenging client/candidate situations.Demonstrable ability to build knowledge in a new sector, becoming an expert in your field - Understanding the client EVP & being able to represent the client as if you work for them directly.Ability to write comprehensive, detailed but succinct written communications, building effective relationships through correspondence.Good reasoning skills and ability to screen and review shortlists and make sound judgements on suitability.Ability to project professionalism and personality on the phone and face to face. With the ability to communicate with impact and confidence and have ability to influence at all levels.Presentation skills - Especially in relation to Market Intelligence.Strong reporting , organisational and administrative capabilities.Consistent continuous improvement mindset, with an ability to both identify & solve problems.
