The Recruitment Delivery Consultant is responsible for the end to end recruitment activity for all internal and external hiring into one of ManpowerGroups most prestigious clients- a global automotive business.
In partnership with the Recruitment Delivery Manager and the EMEA RPO Talent Acquisition Manager, You will be responsible for ensuring that all requirements are managed against set process steps, milestones and budgetary guidelines whilst ensuring client satisfaction is met through the contractual delivery of the set KPIs and SLAs.
Recruitment Planning and activities.
Work with the Recruitment Delivery Manager, Hiring Managers and HRBP's to understand the recruitment demand and how to deploy the relevant campaign needed to satisfy the vacancy
Work with Recruitment Delivery Manager and EMA RPO Talent Acquisition Manager and other internal teams to provide updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity
Candidate attraction and relationship management
Accountable for the creation, development and implementation of talent pools ensuring a diverse pipeline of candidates utilising networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants
Manage referral sources
Source and manage candidates through the end to end process ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
Vacancy and Data Management
Responsible for the management of a portfolio of requisitions and ensure all candidates are processed through the recruitment process in line with contractual SLA/KPI's
Ensure the candidate applicant tracking system is used effectively and is utilised to drive conversations with hiring managers
About you

RPO experience (preferred)
Experience recruiting for a similar business would be advantageous but not essential
Experience of Recruiting, including utilisation of customised sourcing
Broad understanding of strategies to attract and recruit candidates including but not limited to internet CV mining, social media, web networking and competitive profiling.
Experienced in taking ownership and supporting the resolution of issues
Experienced in delivering against Service Level Agreement's
Experienced in working as part of a team of Recruiters to include off site teams

It requires adaptability, effective communication, and a strategic approach to delivering tailored recruitment solutions.This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the RPO from its infancy, working in a team that will have the chance to establish and shape the RPO program which is a unique opportunity to have a long-term impact on a new RPO in the business.The RPO Recruiter will be working in partnership with a leading UK provider of Ground Maintenance & Landscaping Services, taking responsibility for the delivery of a selection of the blue-collar requisitions across multiple locations in the UK. Key responsibilitiesManage requisitions autonomously with full client contact, ensuring all candidates are processed through in line with contractual SLA/KPI's.Ensure the candidate applicant tracking system is updated in real-time and used effectively.Conduct Recruitment Briefing Calls with Hiring Managers to obtain accurate details of the role and requirements, engage Hiring Manager's in the recruitment process and build strong relationships.Manage applications and source external candidates through job boards.Ensure successful qualification of candidates to identify their suitability for the position and the business areas culture.Schedule interviews & provide interview support to candidates and manage the offer process.Take part in weekly update calls to ensure alignment of vacancy activity and future requirements.Work with the Team Leader to foresee & identify challenges early in the recruitment process.Work with the Team Leader to think about improvements to the process that would improve overall output.Ensure that best practice is adhered to at all times, updating the Applicant Tracking System in real-time, ensuring that reporting can be done accurately & effectively.Manage a work book of roles that clearly shows the status of each position, allowing both yourself & your Team Leader to plan & prioritise effectively.Effectively guide both the client stakeholders & candidates on what the process works, set expectations & ensure that best practice is adhered to at all times.Effectively manage time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Timely communication with candidates and hiring managers contributes to an efficient recruitment process.Ensure that all verbal & written communications are clear - Follow up calls with emails, including intake call documents, screening documents & actions from update calls, so that all are clear on next steps. Experience, Knowledge & AttributesDemonstrable and proven track record as an Advisor or Recruiter within an RPO environment, hitting set & stretch targets, with a good knowledge of the RPO recruitment process.Experience of working on a large and complex account within a permanent recruitment environment, ideally having worked on a mixture of different positions, ideally high volume & blue collar.Confident working with candidates throughout the recruitment process, managing expectations & ensuring that they have a positive hiring experience.Desire to work with stakeholders, supporting them to navigate the recruitment process, managing challenging client/candidate situations.Demonstrable ability to build knowledge in a new sector, becoming an expert in your field - Understanding the client EVP & being able to represent the client as if you work for them directly.Ability to write comprehensive, detailed but succinct written communications, building effective relationships through correspondence.Good reasoning skills and ability to screen and review shortlists and make sound judgements on suitability.Ability to project professionalism and personality on the phone and face to face. With the ability to communicate with impact and confidence and have ability to influence at all levels.Presentation skills - Especially in relation to Market Intelligence.Strong reporting , organisational and administrative capabilities.Consistent continuous improvement mindset, with an ability to both identify & solve problems.
