Recruitment Administrator - Candidate Care Representative

Our Ambition

At ManpowerGroup our ambition is to lead in the creation and delivery of innovative workforce solutions and services that enable our clients to win in the changing world of work. We connect more than 600,000 people every day to meaningful work across a wide range of skills and industries helping to power the success of clients around the world. Working for us means you'll be part of a family of brands, each uniquely positioned to address different talent challenges.

The Role

As a Candidate Care representative for Experis, you'll act as the first point of contact for the candidates we place with clients, providing them with a best in class service.

You'll love talking to different people and building relationships with the workers in your care. You'll be their one stop shop for work related queries from point of offer onwards, so great customer service skills, the desire to help people and an inquisitive nature are all really important attributes!

You'll need strong administrative and organisation skills too; it's a fast paced role, so the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently (but ask for help when needed!) are essential. You'll be dealing with compliance tasks and confirming peoples' right to work in the UK, as well as sending and renewing contracts for the workers Experis places with our clients. You might investigate a pay query, or update a candidate's details in our internal tracking systems. Don't worry if these are things you've done before, as full training will be provided and we'll make sure you're comfortable with what you're doing before you go live!

You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team at Experis too and as an expanding and innovative part of ManpowerGroup, if you're looking for somewhere where you can develop your career, you won't be disappointed.

Our office location is really close to Altrincham town centre, easily accessible by public transport and with loads of parking in the vicinity. We have kitchen facilities on site too and tea and coffee is free flowing.

If you think this sounds like the role you for, or something you'd like to explore more, we'd love to hear from you, so please get in touch!

At ManpowerGroup, we believe that by harnessing diversity of thought and experience across our company, exceptional things happen. We continually strive for a highly diverse workforce and an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued, listened to and able to discover their personal best.
