As a Candidate Care representative for Experis, you'll act as the first point of contact for the candidates we place with clients, providing them with the best service.
You'll love talking to different people and building relationships with the workers in your care. You'll be their one stop shop for work related queries from point of offer onwards, so great customer service skills, the desire to help people and an inquisitive nature are all important attributes!
You'll need strong administrative and organisation skills too; it's a fast-paced role, so the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently (but ask for help when needed) are essential. You'll be dealing with compliance tasks and confirming peoples' right to work in the UK, as well as sending and renewing contracts for the workers Experis places with our clients. You might investigate a pay query or update a candidate's details on our internal tracking systems. Don't worry if these are things you have not done before, as full training will be provided, and we'll make sure you're comfortable with what you're doing before you go live.
