Main responsibilities include:
Ensuring all requirements are managed against set process steps, milestones and budgetary guidelines whilst ensuring customer and supplier satisfaction through meeting set KPIs and SLAs

Supplier management - manage an established Preferred Suppliers List to always ensure partnership and engagement.
Manage and Lead Supplier reviews as required by the programme
Coaching and Development - coaching the Junior Recruitment Business Partner to build knowledge in the recruitment process
Programme Management - act as first point of contact for all issues within the SubCo programme; ensuring timely resolutions and acting as a liaison among all parties
Experience required:
Experienced recruiter at all stages of the recruitment process - either in-house or agency
Experience of managing suppliers / third party agencies
Knowledge of working with e-Recruitment and Vendor Management System (VMS) technology
Experience in a client facing role, including client stakeholder management and issue resolution
Plans ahead & organises both self and others effectively, manages priorities to achieve deadlines
Exceptionally strong relationship and influencing skills
Highly organised with good time management skills
Strong commercial focus
Good presentation skills
Must be able to travel and work throughout UK as requested

What will you be doing?Develop and Implement Innovative Recruitment Strategies:· Utilize data analytics and industry insights to identify emerging recruitment trends and opportunities.· Implement creative sourcing techniques such as social media recruitment, networking events, and referral programs to attract passive candidates.· Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment strategies based on performance metrics and feedback from stakeholders.Proactively Build and Maintain Talent Pools and Communities:· Identify key talent segments within the industry and create targeted talent pools based on specific skill sets, experience levels, and career aspirations.· Engage with potential candidates through networking events, online forums, and industry associations to foster long-term relationships and trust.· Regularly communicate with talent pools to provide updates on job opportunities, industry insights, and career development resources.Act as a Strategic Business Partner to Hiring Managers:· Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, team dynamics, and talent requirements.· Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment best practices, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions and talent strategies.· Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights and recommendations to optimize recruitment outcomes and drive business success.Maintain Regular Communication with Clients:· Establish clear communication channels with clients to provide regular updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and sourcing strategies.· Schedule regular check-in meetings with clients to review recruitment progress, address any concerns or challenges, and align on recruitment priorities.· Collaborate with clients to gather feedback on recruitment processes, candidate experiences, and market insights, and use this feedback to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.Track and Analyse Recruitment Metrics and KPIs:· Regularly review recruitment metrics and KPIs with stakeholders to assess performance against targets, identify trends, and prioritize areas for improvement.· Conduct root cause analysis to understand factors influencing recruitment outcomes, such as candidate sourcing channels, interview processes, and offer acceptance rates. Experience required:- Min of 2 years agency, RPO or inhouse end to end recruitment experience- Proven capability sourcing niche skills across Tech, Finance or Corporate functions.- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
