Job Duties:

  • Utilise sales and business development strategies to expand your desk and oversee the entire recruitment cycle.
  • Acquire new business and develop a strong portfolio for a sustained pipeline.
  • Foster multiple relationships within existing clients to capitalise on growth opportunities.
  • Employ headhunting techniques to identify and approach passive talent already employed.
  • Utilise candidate databases to match the right individuals with client vacancies.
  • Manage the application process, interviews, and shortlisting of candidates.
  • Qualify candidates, ensuring their suitability before presenting to clients.
  • Brief candidates on job responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
  • Prepare and present CVs and correspondence to clients for suitable applicants.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and negotiate salary and rates.

  • Proactive thinking, anticipating and driving actions and conversations.
  • Understanding clients' short and long-term skill needs.
