JOB PURPOSE
This role is a full 360 Recruitment position managing the Ancillary desk (temp desk).
As a Recruitment Consultant within Manpower, you'll be expected to develop your abilities to a senior level and maximise market opportunities. Working within a robust candidate and client network you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong rapport with clients and placing talent into vacancies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive the Manpower business and managing the 360 desk. This is a new desk to be grown.
Proactively build your profile and personal brand on social channels including LinkedIn to maximise candidate selection
Source candidates effectively using various platforms
Generate new client relationships through a variety of methods
Meet or exceed revenue targets through both new and existing clients.
Offer a 360 sales solution to your client to show end to end client engagement and satisfaction.
Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
Use market data and insights to approach clients in a consultative manner with a high level of service and added value.
Represent the company and brand as a subject matter and market expert on face-to-face client meetings.

What you'll be doingBuild deep understanding of the tech recruitment and services landscape, including client needs, market challenges and competitors.Improve MQL → SQL conversion in collaboration with the B2B CRM Manager and sales teams.Track MQLs through to customer and revenue outcomes.Develop, segment and manage integrated strategic marketing plans.Create and execute tactical campaigns that drive inbound activity, acquisition, retention, and client development.Measure performance and optimise ROI across all marketing activity.Work with the Marketing Executive to provide the sales team with insight‑led, on‑brand collateral aligned to buyer journeys.Write and promote thought leadership content and market commentary.Support digital channels and website development to strengthen our online presence.Partner with agencies and SMEs to deliver effective online and offline campaigns.Lead the Experis B2B events programme.Collaborate with PR to increase visibility across target markets.Support sales and marketing automation initiatives.Leverage global campaigns to support UK strategy.Manage design, production and distribution of marketing collateral and merchandise.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.Manage allocated marketing budgets responsibly and effectively.About you We're looking for a proactive, creative, and commercially minded marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment.
