Key Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed revenue targets through both new and existing clients.
Offer a 360 sales solution to your client to show end to end client engagement and satisfaction.
Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
Use market data and insights to approach clients in a consultative manner with a high level of service and added value.
Represent the company and brand as a subject matter and market expert on face-to-face client meetings.
Drive the business and managing the 360 desk.
Proactively build your profile and personal brand on social channels including LinkedIn to maximise candidate selection
Source candidates effectively using various platforms
Generate new client relationships through a variety of methods
Experience/Skills required:
Ideally you will have previous experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant and growing and developing a desk
Business-to-business sales experience
People skills! You'll have the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients
Ambition, curiosity and a solution focused attitude
Persuasive personality with strong communication skills
